Where Are You Now…

You have a mind, but you are not the mind. Most of us spend the better part of the day in our head. Did you know that 80-90% of your thoughts from day to day are the SAME, and whatever you are focused on is getting your energy.

If your mind is thinking about disappointments from the past or anxious about future events then your energy is dispersed and not being used fully by the body.

It’s the reason so many people feel exhausted at the end of the day. Their energy has been spent on external things instead of being used in the body. The answer is pretty simple…take time at least once every hour to stop and connect to your breath. 

Feel the breath moving in and out of your body. You can’t breathe yesterday or later today, you can only breathe NOW. When you train the mind to find and feel the breath it brings you back into the now. And NOW is the moment where all of your power is.
