If you are booking for Physical Therapy, please keep in mind that we use a team approach and that you may receive personalized care from more than one therapist during your session.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
When you join Thrive, it’s our aim to empower you in your health and encourage a proactive health mindset. In order to do this effectively, we use a team approach during your sessions. This means that you may be getting 1-on-1 attention from more than one provider depending on the specific needs of your plan of care. We do this so that you can effectively progress toward your goals and receive the personalized care that you need.
We are devoted to quality experience, which is why it’s so important that you show up to your appointments and arrive on time. We understand that scheduling conflicts may occur; however, we have implemented a policy that helps to prevent these occurrences from hurting other clients’ opportunities for availability. It is expected that if you are to cancel or reschedule an appointment, that you do so within more than 24 hours notice. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
