At Thrive, we want you to be proactive and feel good about taking care of yourself. To help you do just that, we accept major insurances for some of our therapies and offer ways to earn discounts and savings.
Thrive is a Participating Provider for the following networks:

- Medicare (including Humana Gold Medicare)
- Tricare – All forms, Including Humana Gold Medicare

- Workers’ Compensation (One Call, Medrisk, Corvel, Paradigm)
If you are looking to file through your insurance, please remember you are fully responsible for your co-pay, reaching your deductible, and any services not covered by your insurance. Please contact our office to learn more about the insurances that we accept.
Tricare Military Insurance
We are proud to serve our military families by accepting all forms of Tricare. Tricare Select members can be seen without an authorization. Please note that if you are a Tricare Prime member, you must call your military doctor to request authorization and list Thrive Proactive Health as the treating provider.
Thrive offers a variety of self-pay options for all of our services.
We’re here to help you receive the best care possible and save on costs. All of our services are available on a cash/self-pay basis. Get discounted rates when you sign up for a Membership Plan or purchase an hourly Package.
