Tune Up + THRIVE Program
Don't have time to let a pesky ache or pain get in your way? Wish there was an express lane to get you in and out of therapy faster? Or do you just need a tune up from an older injury? This is one of our Signature Programs which offers quick releases + therapy instruction to renew mobility and decrease unnecessary muscle tension. This program is perfect for someone on the go who wants to keep going and not let a little ache or pain get in the way of their lifestyle routine.
Biomechanical Check + Go
Just like you get you go to the Dentist for preventative care and check ups for your teeth, it is wise to do the same for your movement system. These are check-in sessions which help to make sure you are on the best path for your body’s capabilities. We will proactively work with you to identify minor imbalances before they turn into bigger and more expensive problems. Staying on top of your movement mechanics, saves you money, time and headache in the long run by keeping you at a low risk for injury, breakdown, and early degeneration.
Active Aging – Coaching Program
Do you want to keep your movement system thriving no matter what your age? Age is just a number these days. This program allows you to receive coaching on how to optimize opportunities to enhance quality of life. These coaching sessions include consultation with a Physical Therapist and further biomechanical education relevant to your lifestyle.
Functional Fitness – Coaching Program
Have you recently overcome an injury? Are you looking to get back into your fitness routine without causing aggravation, pain, or irritation? This program allows you to receive coaching on how to implement restorative movement into your current fitness program. It includes consultation with a Physical Therapist and further biomechanical education relevant to your lifestyle.
Staying the Course
Trouble sticking to your new exercise or workout training plan? Lost the get-up-and-go drive to maintain your fitness goals? Learn and implement mental skill strategies to increase motivation for exercise, including getting research based tools for adhering to an exercise routine and excelling in your fitness goals.
Reviving Sleep Quality
Having trouble falling asleep at night? Do you have an overactive mind and body? Do you wish you could wake up feeling more restored? Sleep is crucial to our body’s ability to recover and consolidate information learned during the day. Develop a high quality pre-sleep routine to recover from a demanding day and enhance sleep performance. Sleep hygiene education and development of a pre-sleep routine can help prepare the body for a high performing sleep. Note: Medical sleep issues are not discussed. Focus is on preparing mind and body for sleep.

Designed for returning THRIVE Mental Performance clients who are looking to get in additional coaching for maintaining optimal performance. Perhaps you have just acquired a new Mental Performance tool and would like some additional practice to solidify the new neuropathways. Tune-up express offers you the opportunity to practice newly acquired performance tools for consolidation and execution in high pressure scenarios. Choose from one of the following: Utilize biofeedback technology to practice self-regulation tools aimed at increasing and maintaining the mind-body connection for health, wellness, and performance. Includes video games measuring Heart Rate Variability to achieve a calm mind and regulated physiology; Reconnect with a sense of purpose for high quality living by utilizing strategic goal setting and an optimized mindset when tackling daily activities; Incorporate mindfulness based mental skills training into yoga, self-regulation exercises, and guided mental imagery scripts.
