Mental Performance integrates the fields of Sport Science and Applied Sport + Performance Psychology to teach performance enhancement and recovery techniques.

Sessions can include group workshops or individual consultations. Brief consultations start at $49, and full coaching sessions which include assessments, tools and techniques to give you "THE EDGE" run from $129 - $499. Package deals are available - as well as discounted tune up sessions for established clients. 

Sport science Thought Technology + Biofeedback is integrated with a majority of consultations to provide tangible data on how the body regulates the stress response.
